I'm Sorry... How can leggings look better: Tennis shoes without socks, tennis shoes with socks, open toed heels, closed toe heels, or ballerinas?

Ok, definitly chucks (low or high) without socks, a plaid mini, and your shirt of choice with a vest or jacket! You could also just wear a printed tee!
If you want heels where knee highs tucked into leggins and t-strap heels. Pair with a denim mini or printed a-line skirt and a cute wictorian top, or a graphic tee with the mini. Try not to weigh it down with sneakers!
Wear leggings and ballarina flats, wear a cute jumper or a cute tunic dress! This makes for an ethereal dancer look (hey it sounds good!)

i think it depends what you are wearing it with... so you may want to be more specific again.
if you are wearing them with a cute short dress, then i think the ballerinas or a closed toe wedge would look fine.
if you are wearing them to work out then tennis shoes with socks would be appropriate.

oh okay I just answerd your last one.. leggings and open toed heels dont look good to me.. the leg warmers& open toed heels dont either. maybe im goofy ..

leggings look best with flats. they're also okay with low pumps and wedges. I rarely see anyone wearing them with sporty shoes though.
