I've heard rumours Jigsaw is in it- but he was dead at the end of 2? (Beaten to death by the cop, left in the car????)

Simple, Jicksaw (the bad guy) is dieing, he forces a nurse to try and make him better, but thats about it, no real plot, just more games of death. iv not even seen the film but i know what its about....
