I downloaded I-Tunes 7 and added all of my music to it. I then put my I-Pod in for syncing and it started. But, my I-pod has been saying "do not disconnect" with the red "don't do it" symbol on the top for about 2 hours now. Also, I-Tunes won't open, but the icon is in the system tray. Is something wrong, or should it take a long time to sync up songs, thus making this situation normal?

I would contact your 1800 for your ipod to be honest, hackers can get into anything with internet connection. I work for an internet company and it's a big problem these days.
