I am wanting to find out how to start one up and looking for any info ie: what equipment and software, how to market, business start up, what to charge, etc. Please help!

The basic equipment you will need are like
- A good computer with good RAM and Processor to edit and convert them using software like the photoshop etc...
- A scanner to put the non-digital pics on to the computer....
- A DVD Burner to burn the disk...
- A Good Photo Printer (In case you need to print some of them)
The software required according to me are...
a) Adobe Photoshop
b) Nero
I don't know the exact price for all these but u can get them in around $1200-$2000
