I am in 8th grade and I want to wear a little make up. I have redish-black areas under my eyes. I tried cover up that came in a lipstick like container, but it only made it worse! ALso, any make up tips, what should I wear? I dont want a lot on, just a little. I am not doing this because I want to look "grown up" Its just my mom is always telling me I have a pretty face, and I agree (lol, hey self confidence is good) its just, I think a little makeup (my mom agrees on this too) would make me look better.

That concealer that comes in a lipstick container is cheap. The best concealer...is green! It's weird, but true. It comes in a liquid form with an applicator that looks like a lip gloss stick. I use physicians formula gentle cover cream concealer. just put a little under your eyes, sorta tap it in with your fingers and apply foundation on top. Be careful though, if you use too much, you'll turn your foundation green.
I have no idea what color your eyes are, but generally, a neutral brown makes anyone look really good. Something with a SLIGHT shimmer in it makes you dazzle too. If you want to look gorgeous...sweep a light color across your lid, an even lighter color all the way up to your eyebrows, and then take a darker color(not black) and put it in your crease from the corner of your eye, to almost half way across the crease. Practice first if you don't want to look like a racoon. I wouldn't suggest using liner at first. Get used to what you look like with make up on. Try using a wet angle brush and take a very dark brown, or a some other noticeable color, and make a VERY THIN line just above your lash line on the top of your eye. For bottom lashes, do the same thing under the lashes, but only take it as far as the inside edge of your pupil or else you'll look to dark. Don't use blush, cuz it's too fake on some people. Use bronzer instead. It makes you look really natural. Lip gloss is ok, just don't do anything extreme. Have fun with your face! lol ;)

Try putting tinted moisturizer all over your entire face. Then, get a pressed powder compact and blot the blotchy areas. Pick a shade that matches your skintone (don't try to change it!). Try out some clear mascara and tinted lip gloss (Bert's Bees-checkout counter-walgreens-$2). If you want more definion, use a multi-purpose blushing powder on your cheeks and eyelids. Physician's flomula makes those powder things that have multi-colored sections next together that you sort of mix together with a big brush (walgreens-$6-10).
The idea is not to paint on a new look, or create features, but rather accentuate and define those that you have. Think Katie Holmes vs. Pamela Anderson.
You should go to walgreens with mom and get Physicians Formula stuff, Burt's Bees lipgloss, and clear mascara (or soft black). Maybe some tinted moisturizer, too. And get some good makeup remover/facewash/cleanser/cleansing cloths.
Don't go crazy with foundation or anything. At your age, you have to think about skincare since you might be prone to acne (because of your hormones). Never sleep in makeup, and always moisturize after washing your makeup off. Wear moisturizer with SPF in it to protect from sun damage.

when i was in 8th grade i wore some purple eye liner (it makes brown eyes look greener, which made me look exotic) some clear or light pink lip gloss. i looked at your avator and i think your blush should be more pink then red, definatly Not peach. also you should maybe use some light chocolate brown eye shadow, or light pink. don't forget to blend it well! Also on days i didnt have gym I put 1 coat of mascara on
also to open up your eyes, ask someone who has done their eyebrows before to clean yours out a bit and give them shape with some tweezing.
remember don't just try everything without knowing what your doing, exspecially 15 minutes till class starts.
i forgot to add if you have a pimple you might want to but some conclealer on it. i dont use the ones that look like lip stick

Wear slightly shimmery eyeshadow (not nude, not electric blue either). Lip gloss is good, but if you want a more makeup-y look try a darker pink gloss as opposed to a clear one. Don't try eyeliner unless someone (mom, older friend) knows what s/he's doing. If done poorly, eyeliner can make you look like a ho. As a rule of thumb, pink looks good on EVERYONE. If it is your first makeup, buy a medium tone pink to be safe. Wait to experiment with brights until you know a little more about what works and what doesn't with your features and skin tone.

a little makeup won't hurt, unless you're in an amish village (lol) the circles you're describing sound like a combo of lack of sleep and a vitamin deficiency. try a multivitamin and some rest. but as far as the makeup goes, cover-up sucks. it just makes you look like you're trying to hide something. try a regular full-face foundation a *touch* lighter than your regular skin tone and then finish with a light powder that matches your skin almost exactly. this should even out the dark patches 'til they go away naturally

Use some concealer one shade lighter than your skin tone and blend it in for the dark circles and pimples if you have any. A little lip gloss is good for girls your age, and maybe a little (very little) eyeliner. Important thing is to not look made up. Your avatar is cute.

well first of all the lipstick thing is called concealer and you should lightly put tht on thn dab it in not just leave it there clear mascara would look nice it will make your lashes stand out but not to much a subtle/neautral blusher like clear complexion would prevent breakouts caused my the make up and if you put it on sparingly it will give you a bit of colour and an even complexion!
this is all i used at your age and this was the right amount

go to target get the baked spices (there are like little balls for colors) and use the ligtest color for eyeshadow (it's a physicians fomula product) and for mascara use dark brown 02, non water proof (becasue it's a finer brush) IsaDora (at walgreens)
i know they are cheap places but they, the make-up works great
and it looks like ur coverd from all the other girls for the under eyes

if you dont want to wear a lot, then just wear mascara, and clear lip gloss...it brings out your eyes and makes you look really pretty! what makes make up noticeable is when you wear lip stick, and eye liner so stay away from those
and remember...the key to wearing make up is to look good but not have people notice that you have it on!
hope i helped!
