Cost of utilities in Texas?

Can anyone tell me an approximate cost of the utilities in Wichita Falls Texas, light, water and gas as I am relocating and in the process of trying to create a budget before I get there.

That will depend so much on the efficiency of the building in which you'll be living. Electric and gas will be the possible killer - could be average of $75 a month over the year, up to $300 per month .....
