Denatured alcohol desolves it pretty quickly. pick it up a the local harware or paint store.

Mean Green for about 2$ at Dollar General stores. this is what I wash my walls with and it worked beautifully. nicotine just melts off-no scrubbing. it's fast and easy.

Go to a paint store, and buy some tri sodium phosphate, also know as TSP, this works really good! Hope this helps!

sugar soap is another option if you're talking about walls, or you could just paint over it.... Best advise is to go down to your local hardware store and ask someone.... If it's on ornaments then soak them and then put them in a dishwasher... If it's on teeth see your dentist....

I've answered this before. WD40 works great for removing nicotene stains from most surfaces.
