Shine a flashlight through her nails so you can see where the quick is, and go by memory, checking again if unsure. You can also compare with the opposite nail if they're not both black.

Check the length of the non black ones and cut them that length.

just cut them short, or have your vet cut them. I've had many guinea pigs with black toe nails, it takes some practice, but you'll get it.

check the length of the other nails that you can see the quick in and just take off the tips.
