Boulogne Billancourt is a suburb of Paris, on the southwestern edge of the city, it limits on the north with the Bois de Boulogne on the west with Saint Cloud, then Sevres, Meudon and Issy-les-Moulineaux, and on the northeast with Paris itself.... (listed going counterclockwise).
It has several sports areas...such as Roland Garros (tennis), Hippodrome d'Auteil (horse racing) and Parc des Princes (football).
And CEDEX is not the name of a place, it is a reference term for special postal areas in France
