I have no talent myself, but I am very passionate about music, especially rock music. I dream about someday opening up my own concert hall and bringing in mostly rock bands. How do I even get into working with bands, and what types of jobs even exist where I could be working with a band or bands? Help me!

First of all; Yes, you do have talents. If you can learn to have a discriminating 'ear' for the type of music you prefer you are already on the road. Local venues are a start. With all of the amplification and stage effects in the music/entertainment industry you can find a place for your dreams. Now to crush those dreams: The Music business is very risky and there are a lot of lowlifes. Be prepared for a hard road if you decide that music and entertainment are for you. If you are predisposed to education look to study Sound technician type classes. Every radio station has an engineer or two. And have you ever actually attempted to play an instrument? With proper training and practice it is not in the realm of impossibilities.

Good Luck in your search.
