My friend just invited her crush (from a different school) to the movies. which is great, but then my other friend and i had to find someone 2, which really isn't a problem 4 us but we're both having bf trouble. so we decided 2 invite the twins, 2 guys from our class.

i guess we kinda just expected them 2 come, so we were both really suprised when they said they had plans! (people don't usually turn us down....) so we decided we would still go to the movies. but will it be awkward 4 the guy my friend is bringing? i mean, he is the only guy. should we sit w/ them still? any advice is greatly appreciated! thanks!

First, are you worried that it will be uncomfortable for him, or uncomfortable for you and the other stag friend. I don't know many guys who aren't going to actually relish the fact that they are going to be surrounded by women, especially ones that aren't used to being turned down. Think a little less about your inability to secure a date on this one night and more about how a little support and back up may help relax what could be a really nerve wrecking night of first impressions for the friend who finally gets to spend some time with her crush. It may make it so much easier for her to be herself if she knows her best girls are thier to help fill the gaps in conversation. Ask your friend if she wants you ladies close by or maybe even just two seats over during the movie. The time spent in the bathroom discussing the stupid comments or getting advice on how to say something will be much easier in person than over her cell phone if she needs to reach out for a lifeline during the date.

Don't worry and over analyze so much. You are all going out to go to the movies and have fun. Keep things fun and light hearted, keep him in the conversation and try to avoid "in jokes" that would make him feel isolated. If they want to sit by themselves let them, but it is only a movie so don't worry so much with the planning.
Overplanning is usually what makes things awkward.
