Write down on a piece of paper...things that you really like to do.
Then, put some more easy ones on another paper..
Look at it, choose one or two....and work on those for now.
You also may need to get involved in a few of the other things you like.
Try to volunteer your time 4 hrs a month...or even every 2 weeks.
When you have even done one 4hr stint...the feeling is of ''well done'''! you care more than a lot of others who don't do it.
Take up a low impact sport......
Go to a friends place and ask if they have any thing they would like help with.....Depending on your age?.....join a club!
Meet new people.
Take a course in some kind of learning skills....
If you can help your family..4-6 hrs a month.
By the time you have done a few of theses things....your calendar will be getting full...One most important thing in life..I have learned
its NOT about you and me!...But others, for a short time.
If you like join a church so 2hrs of your sundays are filled with
peace...and guidance....all the best.

Find a new hobbies. If you're looking for excitemetn try white water rafting, ski-ing or rock climbing. Make some new freinds. Surround yourself with fun, positive people and go out a lot. Hit parties, go out for meals, drinks, clubbing. Get flirting with hot singles and get yourself a boy/girl friend. Work hard at your career, think positively and strive towards your goals and you will achieve them. Good luck with your life I know you can do it!

What are you interested in? Sports? Art? Decide what you are really interested in and find out what kind of events are taking place in your area. Look for local group to join where you could make friends and get out - enjoy life. Do you work? Get a job or volunteer.

You mean you'd like yours to be more interesting? Take a class or go and do a hobby, learn how to play golf, meet some people at church. Just get involved in other things besides work and home and do not become like some people who spend too much time on here, take time to do other things.

stop using the internet...
...go out and enjoy life (that doesn't mean going out and getting drunk, unless you're a sad sick person who is so dull that you can't be interesting when you're sober), join a sports team of some sort, go learn a language or take some other course, go see and enjoy this country (museums, galleries, other cities, the countryside), join a debating society, join a book club, if you can afford it go learn to fly, go learn salsa dancing (or ballroom dancing or yoga or pilates)
theres so much life has to offer, go enjoy :)
be young, be follish, but be Abbey

a 'life' is not something you go and get it's what you've already got, but if you mean your bored with it do something about it, play american football, go ten pin bowling, learn to play an instrument it really does'nt matter does it, it's whatever you want to do and if you enjoy it then i suppose you've got a life as you put it, i hope this helps good luck !

Finish studies, get a good job, develop hobbies/interests. Make new friends, read good books/self help books. Pray to God, meditate. one or some or all of these will help.
