I've been working for this small company for three years now and I used to get on with the boss really well. We even went out for meals after work and had a few drinks at the weekend.

He doesn't pay me very well but I really need the money and I can't get another job easily as I'm a convict. So this is really my only option.

Recently while I was doing the paper work or when I was making coffees he started maing suggestions. I said no. I would leave the room.

Things have got worse and today he touched me in my special place while I was day dreaming. He said it was punishment because I wasn't working.

He wouldn't stop and I had to let him finish.
I feel really dirty and don't know what to do. I've washed myself three times already and he say's he'll find me if I leave.
He scares me. Does anyone have any advice?

I could really use it.
The thing is also that he has a temper and hates being judged.
Who do I go to? Where do I report it? I am also self-employed.

One thing you need to realize is that YOU DID NOTHING WRONG!!! GET OUT NOW NOW NOW!!!Yes you need your job but you life and soul is more important.Go to an agency that deals with helping convicts.I went to Workforce and they helped me find alot of jobs who would take the chance with me.Get with some one you can talk with and let them know what happened. Also go to the hospital and get checked out.You are going to need theses proof when the time comes.Second I don't know the area you live in but see if there is an abuse hotline and ask to speak with someone who has been throught the same thing. You need to check with these people and they can help descreitly @www.usalegalsupport.com.I went through being raped by two men and at the time I didn't know what to do but be sure I know now. Good luck and remember that although no one might seem like they don't care, believe or understand God will make a way for you.Trust in Him and believe you can do it with His help.YOU CAN DO IT!!!.

I would contact the police immediately. They will tell you exactly what to do. DO NOT stay and take this. It is not OK. My husband is a convict and has a great job. Many of my friends are not only convicts, but felons, they also have good jobs. Especially if you are not even paid well. This may be the perfect opportunity for you to find a great job that pays better, where you are respected, and not harassed. You CANNOT stay. Call the police right now.

My friend had a similar experience but without the touching. A senior manager advised her to write a letter to the man, detailing the behaviour that she found offensive and asking that he stop it. The letter carried a clear threat that if the behaviour continued she would report him and pursue a harrassment claim. This worked and they were both able to continue working in the same environment

i know it must be hard for you to get a job but this man is abusing you and you should not have to put up with it. is there a managering director of the company? if there is go to them and tell them what has happened and tell them you will be going to the police if they dont deal with him. if all else fails then leave im sure your local job centre can help you find something else considering what your posistion is and it isnt your fault. get out dont be a victim be strong good luck

You need to get out of there now, you deserve to be treated with respect, i know it is difficult, but you are worth more than this, can you confide in a work colleague better still get a big mate to warn him off, there all laws to protect you from this try and get some legal advice, good luck

u should be able to find a job somewhere else. u deserve to be treated with respect no matter where u r. look around and try to find a different job before u quit the one u have. and if he don't leave alone then go to the police cause no one deserves that. good luck

First of all, you're posting in the wrong place. Secondly, you should call the police because you've been sexually assaulted.
