Depends on the blouse.
Casual Top: If your pants are long, than socks are fine with tennis shoes. If you can see your ankles than no socks or ankle socks would be best with cute sneakers or plain shoes.
Dressy top: Open toe or flats work best. If the closed toe is cute and not too old ladyish than thats fine too.
It also depends on time of day and time of year.
Best advice I can give you: go with your gut. If they match and your comfortable- they're perfect!!

open toed heels I dont care for with leg warmers , it just doesnt look right. but the rest is fine.

confident, this sounds incredible. i might placed uggs with leggings and a skirt or tunic suitable, yet i hate seeing uggs with denims. and denims WITH leg heaters is only way too a lot. it rather is like, overload on the ankles. this female is going to finally finally end up in the "do not" portion of glamour. =P
