*****Dont Reinstall *******

Do you mean the password of the inbuilt Administrator Login Account or the password for the Admin account you created ?
If its the latter then you can reset the passwd by doing the followinf.
Restart your computer, and just before the windows XP screen is about to come up, keeping tapping the F8 key on the top row of the keyboard. you will come to a screen called Boot Option, Use the arrow keys to select "Safe Mode" and press enter, then you will see another Admin Account, click on that and then cancel the system restore box.
then go to Start - Control Panel - User Accounts, click on ur account and click remover password and then click ok.
Voila the password will be removed.

**** However If the password for the INBUILT ADMIN LOGIN is lost then all you can do is to format the drive and reinstall Windows, after backing up all of your data

If you really can't remember, kiss anything that you were too lazy to back up goodbye and reinstall your operating system from the recovery disc.

never save your data in "C" drive of PC ,
Because when we reinstall to OS format Only "C" drive,
So always allocate only 25% of total hard drive space for "C" drive
