So i was thinking that thought is not seperable from sensory experience. In order to think, you must have something to think about. Now that's all dandy until i thought of math and science. We don't see numbers, we don't see exponential functions, etc... We come up with that, induction and deduction. So where do YOU think it comes from? Are we programmed with a sense of math and science? Or... what other reasons can you think of?

first came language, then came math.
language came first and gave us the ability to catagorise things. this then gave some bright cave man the idea to assigne numerical values on his clubs for counting women, he then realised this was a bad idea because some of his women started hitting him with it, then as evry good, inteligen man in this work he thought of theoretical math, and its been around ever since. thank god for man!! :P

I'm not so sure........but I think we are born using numbers. Our parents tend to use numbers, and by means of rote rehearsal, it gets into our long term memory.
