I know I've seen spock and the Enterprise somewhere but I can't find it now

There is a website with Klingon pumpkin making instructions, but though the instructions and pictures are good for a chuckle, the finished jack-o-lantern pictured is not detailed or complex and the pattern is not provided. (Though it is simply the Klingon imperial symbol and it would not be complex to derive a pattern by one's self.)

Other than that, I've not come across any with the actual patterns, and I've been looking for them for a while this Halloween season myself.

It shouldn't be too hard, though, to take a simple two-toned, black and white picture of a ship (particularly the simply designed Enterprise NCC-1701) especially if you can find a silhouette and use that for a pattern. I ended up spending too much time looking and ran out of time to actually finish carving one before Halloween this year (though I'm going to finish it anyway), but that was what I planned to do (before deciding to switch to a Firefly design). I hope you have better luck.
