Hi I have 'bled' the radiator but no water in it at all? I know that usually when the air as been released from all other radiators the water will tipple out as the water level rises to the top and then get hot. BUT not on this radiator. radiator and all connecting pipes leading into the bedroom are stone cold, the radiators in all other bedrooms are fine as well as downstairs I have not had this radiator on since last winter and it has been turned off at the valve. Do you think there is a blockage?

Check the shut offs and see if one got turned off last year accidently. Make sure all pipes are open and the pump is working properly. If it is an upstairs rad, you may need to bleed the air out of the uppermost rad for water to make its way though. Good luck!
