I remember it, it was awesome.

I think I rememeber it. Did it have a young boy and possibly a white shaggy dog to help him?? The opening sequence had a glittery gold back ground and spinning coins? And some really light and tinkly music. Wasnt this little boy allways searching for the city? And was he called Sebastian? Or am i way off??

Yes it was fantastic. I have all the episodes in div x format. I loved the Golden Eagle and I loved the theme tune. It was certainly one of the best cartoons in my youth (I am now 25).
