It does kinda look like she does, but of course she has an empty head, so maybe her eyes are just floating around inside it.

Ha thats funny. I think she does, there is definately something weird about her face. But it was just brought to my attention that my boyfriend has a lazy eye so maybe I'm not the best person to answer.

I think she just has bedroom eyes where they're all droopy. I read that Demi Moore had a lazy eye as a kid and had it fixed tho...
