why is millsberry down for repairs when we need to go trick or treating?

Going out on a limb and making a guess here (and please note, I do not work for Millsberry so this is strictly a guess) the trick or treat activity seems to have generated an unusual amount of activity on the website. Because of this some of the servers are having trouble handling the excessive traffic which is resulting in some temporary 'down for repairs' situations.

What is millsberry? What does it have to do with trick or treating? Wouldn't that generally be a good thing... then you actually go trick or treating instead of sitting at the computer all day (I'm guessing it's a website)
