I guess technically Sunday, October 29 at 2am is when you would set the clock back one hour but I just do it before I go to bed, whenever that is.

Tonight (10/28-10/29) at 2:00 am. Set it back to 1:00 am. Enjoy the extra hour being good to your sweetheart!

After Sunday morning at 2 am the date schedule changes in the US.
It will be DST Start 2nd Sunday in March and ends 1st Sunday in November.
