Squat or sit in bathroom????

Question

I read that if you squat on a toilet instead of sit on it when you go to the bathroom, you have less of a chance of getting hemmeroids when you are older. They say in countries were people squat there is almost no cases of hemmeroids.

Never heard of such a thing!! Must be one of those rumors that get started and just don't quit. Hemorrhoids are caused from straining which can be done sitting or squatting. Consider it all nonsense.

I squat and that i've got been a catcher in softball plus performed a super form of basketball so my muscle groups don't get drained for the minute or 2 that I might desire to squat and as long as you objective perfect you ought to no longer be severe adequate to pee on the rest room itself.

I hear that, in countries where people post things on the Internet, and they cannot spell or use proper grammar, they do not usually impress people who are, e.g., potential employers! I sit on the toilet to pee because I don't feel like pulling my foreskin back, and I have hemorrhoids anyway. Go figure!

Some people say that is true, and in many countries the toilets are designed for squatting, not sitting.
