Not the best combination, but it can be done. Personally, I wouldn't do it...it isn't that it doesn't match, it's just that khaki pants scream for color! I'd wear a lime green, or chocolate brown top with khakis.

They do but you've got to be careful with them. I wouldn't wear baggy pants with a baggy tshirt, but I'd wear semi-slim kahkis with a slim cut black shirt.
Maybe a black shirt with a print or lots of funky accessories.

Black goes with most everything and is always a classy look, keep away from black and brown together not a great combo
