LOL... Hm... In New York... We stopped there on our way to Bangladesh... I can still remember exiting the airport and walking into the night. It was really dark. That's the thing that I remember the most. Then, two taxis came by, we loaded our luggage into them, and that's all I remember. Before I knew it, I was at the huge hotel.... I was about 7 then... I haven't been in one since! Well, other than in Bangladesh but that's beside the point! :-)

Yes, when I lived in NYC, the first cab I got into the driver drove at a high rate of speed in between a parked car, and a garbage truck while talking on his cell phone, it was extremely scary.

When I was about seven, and our parents took us on the obligatory Washington DC family vacation. I got really tired of sightseeing, and refused to get out of the cab at the Lincoln Memorial. The cab driver thought it was funny. My parents didn't.

I was 12....and terrified. He drove with one hand on the wheel and the other one holding a bottle of something he was drinking. He had a gun lying on the front seat.
