They go back on Sunday 29th October 2006 at 2AM & They go back to 1AM. If you can't be bothered to change your clocks and 2AM then do it before you go to bed and then when you wake up you won't have to do them then.

yup, at 2am they go back to 1am, unless you go to bed earlier then put them back earlier so that you get that extra hour in bed unless you want to get up an hour early and go out for a jog, in which case don't put the clock back until tomorrow morning after you get back from your jog.
