I have a Kenmore Elite fridge, and the manual was missing. One of the drawers is for temperature controlled meats/produce, and you move the dial towards meat or produce, whichever you have. I use it for cheese, and my cheese iced over (the dial is in the middle between meat and produce). Which direction do I turn the dial for the warmer temperature -- meat or produce -- without me having to test it on a bunch of cheese?

Produce is stored at a warmer temperature than meat. Freezing cheese does not hurt it. Just keep it in an air tight bag.
