Wiper motor's a sealed unit, probably coated in that all-weather rubber goop. That'll be 30 minutes with a pocket-knife, and then you're going to have to find out where the brushes are, by the time you're done, you'll have wasted a LOT of time and put more money into it than you would have getting a new one. Save yourself a lot of headache and just call Ford and set up an appointment. They can check your setup and see if it's just a bad fuse, or if the switch really is bad. I'd replace the switch first, cheapest repair, there....you can get a replacement wiper switch at your local car parts store OR from the dealership.
