if there's nothing in history, you could always try looking at cookies and temporary files.
IE:
Tools> internet options > under temporary internet files click Settings > View Files.
There, you can arrange the files in a particular order... perhaps "by site", would be your best choice.

If he has a program like window washer installed then he has wiped the completely from the pc. However you could install a keylogger program. These programs moniter every key stroke someone makes on the pc while off and online. These are used mostly by protective parents. But they could help you. (If you do install one, re-name it and change the folder icon or he may know what it is)

you should go to the top most toolbar and press the tab that says
"view", their should be an extension that says "explorer bar"

you have no way to see . install a spy program on your pc to control himself :D
because he deleted all the information befor .
on the menu tools > setting button > view button to see websites if hasn't deleted.

did you check the actual history in the browser? click on the "clock" icon on the toolbar. if he's deleted that too, then i don't think you can find out.
