The question pretty much explains itself.. I know I could copy and paste, but I really would just like to know for myself which numbers to push when I hold down the alt key..Thanks.. Or a site where I could find all the things I am able to make with my alt key would be nice!

to insert the heart hold dowh the Alt key and press 3 on your numeric keypad

If you want to know how to make every possible special character in a font, you can use the Character Map program (in Windows).
To open the Character Map program, go to Start | Programs | Accessories | System Tools | Character Map.
Once you choose the font at the top drop-down. You can click on the character you want and either copy it (to be pasted later in another program) or you can see how to type it by looking in the lower right corner. ♫
