I have two kids (twines). We both have decided that, no more kids again. We both are very much healthy, and looking for a better protection method. Now I’m using copper T, but don’t feel comfortable. Some tablets are available in the market, but it should have some side effects, like getting fat and all. Please advice me.

The copper-T IUD is an excellent contraceptive, with a low failure rate. If you want something equally effective, you've got to go with hormonal contraception or permanent contraception.

It sounds like you are anti hormonal contraception because of the side effects... these do occur, although they are worse for some people than others, and different brands have different effects. They may be worth trying, though. There are a wide variety of pills, though you must remember to take it every day at the same time. The Mirena IUD tends to produce lighter periods with less cramps, and in many cases gets rid of periods entirely. The patch is easy to remember, but tends to have a high dose of hormones.

If you are absolutely sure you are done having kids, why not pursue a vasectomy for your partner or a tubal ligation for you? These (esp. the vasectomy) are quite minor surgeries and last a lifetime.
