Not sure - if it is a driver for MSVCR7 and it is hardware, go to Control Panel, Hardware, Device Manager and scroll down, highlight the device and do a trouble shoot, or check the driver tab and see if it is there.

Put it in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 most probably.
You may have to register the .dll after. E-mail me if you do.
