My neighbours keep looking at me and it's freaking me out!
Often when I'm looking over the Garden wall or simply standing in their driveway they look at me through their cutrains as if I wouldn't know that's what they're doing!!!
It really annoys me and I tried banging on their window to make them stop but they just pretend they aren't in.
Does anyone know what to do about this? it's really childish.
Also... does anyone know how to find someone that has recently moved? I had previous problems with my last neighbour.
Lastly - what is good to remove blood stains?

About ur neighbors trust me it should soon pass and if doesnt just ignore them it doesnt seem like your doing any thing wrong so they need to get over it! Two to remove blood stains make a pre wash of hot water laundry detergent and toothpaste yes toothpaste then rubit on the stain let set for 15 mins. then rinse wash normally emeditly after!

Stage a "stare-down" ... when they are looking at you, look them straight in the eyes and don't back down! That'll make them look the other way.
Don't know how to track down the neighbor.
Bloodstains: mix 8 oz. peroxide with 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 1/3 liquid dish detergent. mix well and pour on the stain and let sit for several hours. Works like a charm -- better than oxyclean, and works on all hard to remove stains!

OK . you could make Friends with them that always sup-prises those neighbours. by having a party and inviting them around. Once you start having issues they start to get out of control if you don't stop them quickly.
They might be scared of you.
Or just ignore them..
Or give them something to watch. A good Ann summers party works..

Sounds to me that you are as bad as your neighbours if you know they are watching you all the time that means that you are also watching them. Just try and ignore it, I have had some major problems with my neighbour but thankfully thanks to Answers it has been sorted to so what I suggest you do is try and ignore it as much as you can and just be as boring as possible they will soon tire of it.

Try shock value - wear a dress or something creepy. As for blood stains, use coke. It dissolves rust, too. And people drink this stuff?

When i first began reading your story i felt sympathetic for you but then you began to sound very weird when you began talking about the problems with your last neighbours and blood stains, i hope you didn't harm them.

They could be neighbourhood watch.Milk is good for removing blood stains.
