how do make windows in sims 2 game?

i been looking for ages now on how to make windows in sims 2 can you help me out someone please

if you go to modthesims2.com they show you how to make wall paint and all that i made like 3 windows and bed sheets it is so all some.

You cant make windows you can only buy them on the sims 2.
