its a chikka number. you have to reply on the message that was sent to you. but if you already erased it and tried to retype the number, it will not go through. i tried it before.

Frankly, I do not think you have the correct number. All mobile phone providers in the Philippines start with the numbers 09** - ** are any of the following - 15, 17, 18, 19, 20, etc. :)
