i am dr ilamaran
what you actually mean i presume is "epididymitis", which means inflammation of epididymis. condition is self limiting mostly and requires only medical treatment. you can take azithromycin 1 gram stat and voveran 50 mg twice a day for three days. wearing a tight underwear helps reducing pain.

Epididymus is not a disease. The epididymus is the tube containing sperm attached to a testicle: a coiled tube attached to the back and upper side of the testicle that stores sperm and is connected to the vas deferens

Hi there !
I think you have got the wordings wrong !
It is "epidydimitis" !
Best option is get a "surgical opinion", as "correct diagnosis" is more important than the "choice of the drug"...
Dont you think so ?
Best wishes !

Ceftriaxone and doxycycline are often used. If bowel microbes are suspected, ofloxacin may be used.

The eididymis is not a disease or health affliction. It is part of the male genital anatomy.
