1) They recommend an NVIDIA® GeForce™ 6200.
2) About $70 at Wal-Mart.
3) Yup.
4) Sure, but you need to have some idea what you're doing. For example, how to get the case open, etc. etc. It probably comes with instructions, but the instructions assume you're qualified to install a video card.

well you didnt say whats your budget is
what type of motherboard you have (eg since there is pci/agp/sli/xfire graphics cards)
