if there were 1 vampire vs. 1 werewolf who would win? Who is more powerful? In the book i heard that werewolves are bigger.
what do you think?

I would have to agree that the werewolves real strength comes in their numbers. One vampire vs. one werewolf would more than likely end with the vampire being the victorious one. After all, a vampire can hold a gun to shoot the silver bullet, and is faster than the werewolf. In Twilight and New Moon, the pack of werewolves can corner a vampire, and that is where they have the advantage. I would think that a pack of vampires would win out over a pack of werewolves in the end. There is probably a major advantage to hundreds of years of experience vs. the mindset of a teenage boy.

I think the werewolves real strengths come in numbers. They hunt in packs. And I think the vampires strengths are in speed and agility. They're 'hard to catch' if you want to think of it that way. So in a one-on-one combat, I'm not sure. It would depend I guess on how much notice the vampire has that it's being watched/hunted. If it was a surprise attack, etc.
