i have never been to marriage counseling, but i think that is something that they recomend you to do so that you can actually hear back how you both acted and make moves to correct it. there have definetely been times when doing that prob would have served my hubby and i well, considering that our fights often get off track or become more than they need to be if we had of been proactive about the conversation rather than losing our cool... so i think that taping an argument has its place, but in this particular celebrity situation, you just never know... i think it should only be done if you truly feel that it is going to help the situation, not to use it in the future against someone in the court of law.

Taping arguments says more about the taper than it does about the tapee.... She'll have to make big bank on this divorce because nobody else will marry her gold digging ***.

Hopefully the Judge will see this for what it is and she'll walk away with chump change.....

No-one would tape arguments with their partner unless they were hoping to get something out of it...even though I'm not a Paul McCartney fan, it's obvious she's a money grabbing bi*ch..

I have never have done it but it would be a good idea not for the purpose of using it against someone but to improve problem resolution skills.

Would never do it, but I have certainly entertained the idea, just to let him actually hear himself.
If he ever did, he would probably never a say another word EVER!
