Before you go to bed tonight, Sat. Oct. 28, or when you get up in the morning, Sun. Oct. 29.
FALL back (1 hour). In the spring....Spring forward 1 hour.

We change the clocks tonight (actually at 2AM tomorrow morning) and we go back 1 hour. The old saying>>>>Spring ahead/Fall Back.
