India has some of the the best IT schools in the world. They work for less money. If you think Target is the only company outsourcing IT to India, you are sadly misinformed. There are very few kids in the US even majoring in Computer Science anymore because they know how hard it is to find a job. The world is changing.

ummm... why would this upset you? target has headquarters in quite a few places. if anything this just means that target may be able to compete with walmart better as they are expanding.
