Yes because no matter how busy or ill i am i still brush my teeth once a day. There is no need in my opinion for shoddy personal hygeine

Disgusting!!!
Also, those nasty filthy people that don't wash every day and then get on the underground and stink out the whole compartment (and its not just men!!!!!)
