The Buena Park mall in Buena Park. It is safe and a friendly environment. A lot of the merchants give out candy & treats.

Placentia. There are a ton of newer model home type communities off of Rose and Alta Vista. There are a lot of kids in the area, so most homes will be participating. Also, its very safe.
