First I would pay taxes, I don't have any choice.

1: Call an aircraft charter company and arrange for air taxi service on-demand.

2: Disappear. Fly to a few places in the USA and Canada where I have been looking at some houses and condos. Buy a couple of houses in the name of a shell corporation.

3: Order my own planes, a Pilatus 12-47 and a G-550, and a Sino-Swearingen SJ, to be placed in charter service after they can be delivered. All three planes have different missions they are best suited for. The Pilatus would be available first, so I would still need to maintain my arrangements with the air taxi service.

4: Expand my business so that I can maximize the return on investments. (I am an econometric forecaster, I am fully capable of determining how to best apply that kind of money to optimize returns).

5: Buy T-Bills to stay liquid and be prepared to invest when distress sales become available.

6: Fly to Geneve, and investigate arrangements for residency in Switzerland.

7: Arrange for orthopedic treatments in Switzerland.

8: Establish a charitable organization, to help with medical and educational needs. I saved this for #8, because it takes time to fully evaluate how to most effectively apply charitable activities.

9: Establish a largely self-sufficient, sustainable development community with my very own organic farm and private airport for the property owners.

10: Found a University or Institute of Technology, probably in Eastern Europe, possibly a Technical Institute in the Far East. I would definitely have a presence in India, and would hire some Sikhs to represent my interests there. Include a project something like the Nobel Prize, except it would be focussed on technical development, with prizes for energy technologies and clean water technologies, with other future additions.

11: Development lending on the micro-loan scale.

12: There are so many opportunities for development in the FSR countries, especially those with the lesser amounts of political corruption and graft, but those would have to be closely scrutinized, and I could insist on financial transparency in any endeavor I would undertake in those areas.

13: Become a trillionaire.

If I won that much money, I would bless my 13 brother's and sisters, then travel around to see their kids. I would buy a nice condo in the city and a large house in the country with a garden back yard with large lake. I wouldn't marry no one. I would live like a king! Catch my thrift?

House, huge with land.
Cars for me and my family...teach the kids to drive first!
Holidays, probably a cruise for 6 months or so/
After that I gues I would think about looking after other family members and giving to charities I support , but it would ensure a life of ease (if not a happy one!).

I would invest $750 million of it for my retirement, kid's college, etc. I would buy family members new homes for a total of about $50 million. I would plan college for nieces and nephews for $500,000. I would secure my parents retirements with $50 million. I would donate to charities with $100 million. I would buy a new house and property with $2 million. I would buy close friends new houses and plan their kids colleges with $5 million. The remaining $42,500,000 I would splurge on travel and shopping with family and friends.
