I think the chances are quite slim, but saying that it is the woman who decides if its one or more babies. If you have a set of unidentical twins this means that the woman is producing two eggs at a time and so the chances of having more sets of twins is greater.
If you have a set of identical twins this means that one egg has split into two, and you are more unlikely to get another set of twins.

I used to look after a set of twins, boy and a girl, their mum became pregnant again when they were 4, we all used to joke and say wouldn't it be funny if you had twins again!
Eight months later she had another boy and girl, how bizarre is that?

I don't know the percentages; however:

Had a friend who was a twin & both her & her sister had twins

My dad's mother (think about this, she died as a great-great grandma @ 98) had 2 sets of twins & 1 set of triplets.. rounding out for a sum total of 12 kids (and only 1 girl, the next to the youngest)

and all of this was WITHOUT FERTILITY MEDICATIONS that are known to create twins, triplets, etc..
