you would need to download the swedish version but if the core of your windows is in english then it wouldnt proberly work
you can change some settings via the regional settings in the control pannel.

Go to tools, then Internet Options, then at the very bottom there is a button that reads "Languages." click that, a box opens. Type in sweedish. Good luck.
