My friend started dating this guy that I had just broke up with..... (this was a long time ago) anyway, I told her, "That's all right, you're getting my sloppy seconds" meaning I've already had him before and so has several other people.
Basically, sloppy seconds are when you sleep with someone that someone else has slept with before.
