works fine for me, i wouldnt suspect its anyting like your anti virus etc..
i would do click on tools internet options clear cookies, and delete tempory internet files, this should do the job.

You have a problem - I've just accessed this website. I'm running Windows XP with Windows Firewall, AVG Free, Spybot and Ad-Aware SE Personal.

First of all check internet connection.Then if you are connected but the page doesn't load, if you have Internet Security Suite applications sucha as ZoneAlarm :you can turn down the Web Filtering level or turn the level to off.
Finally you can right click on the notify icon of your internet security application and shutdown it.
