1. McNabb he can pass and throw.
2. Peyton Manning, the Colts usually use the passing game and he is a great QB.

That's a tough one. You can argure for Donovan McNabb or Peyton Manning, as they are tied as the best QB in the league. In other words, pick your poison:
QB Rating (Completion/Attempt, %)
Manning - 103.2 (131/206, 63.6)
McNabb - 101.7 (144/243, 59.3)
Passing Yards (YPG)
McNabb - 2151 yards (307.3 ypg)
Manning - 1620 yards (270.0 ypg)
TD passes/ INT
McNabb - 16 TD/ 5 INT
Manning - 12 TD/ 2 INT
Record
Indianapolis Colts (6-0, 1st in AFC South)
Philadelphia Eagles (4-3, 2nd in NFC East)
Both has excel under heavy circumstances (McNabb recovering from his injuries, the T.O. saga, and the "Madden" curse/ Manning lost his best runner in Edggerin James this offseason and is heavinly rely on more this season for this franchise) and both are consider MVP candidates by season's end.

Manning.....sorry McNabb fans....but I will take Manning anyday. He is having a monster season...but Manning must still be considered the best fantasy QB.

Three-way tie.
Manning, McNabb, and Bulger.
All put up big yards, lots of TDs, have great recievers, and RBs to draw attention away from them. All three will consistently put up big numbers for you. Right now McNabb is doing best but the season isn't even close to over yet.

Peyton.. I think Mcnabb has hit his peak and will taper off or get injured especially if the eagles lose a cpl more.
