Yes, your cervical mucous will change during different times in your cycle and also when you are pregnant. If it is 'egg white cervical mucous' that is the most fertile and you have the best chance of becoming pregnant. I remember after I was pregnant my discharge was very thick... I think you should test, just so you will know for sure. They have $1 tests at the dollar tree.

I don't want to get your hopes up because I know how it feels to have that huge disappointment every month. It took me almost a year to conceive my daughter and I then needed fertility drugs. I am now pregnant again (after using the fertility drugs again) and have experienced the same type of discharge you speak of. Some women have lots some have very little. But from what I have read it's very normal and will probably continue through most of your pregnancy. Best of luck and I hope you get that positive test soon!

I never used to wear underwear. When I got pregnant, my mom suggested that I buy some. I remember telling her "No way!" She told me I'd be changing my pants several times a day and doing a lot of laundry. Well, it took a couple months for the deluge to hit. Can I say, Niagara Falls??? It wasn't thick and white, though. It was more clearish and runny. I had to bring 2 pairs of panties to work with me to change throughout the day. I had some nude pregnancy photos taken (very artsy and tasteful, not lewd)...and I was so embarrassed about my "snail trail". But, every pregnancy is different. When a woman gets pregnant all kinds of things change in the body right away, especially "down there". Usually there is a fairly strong vaginal odor in the first trimester (due to all the changes)...of course, no one talks about these things. Thanks goodness my mom has no embarrassment and told me *everything*.

Yes, you have discharge when you are pregnant. The color, consistency and smell of the discharge varies with every stage of pregnancy. Since it is not typical to have the thick white discharge this early in pregnancy, I'm going to have to say that it could be a bit unlikely that you are pregnant. It is typical to have this type of discharge during ovulation, however.

Yes, pregnant women do have discharge but it should not have any color to it, nor should you experience any itching, burning or odor. Newborn girls have discharge, too so if you end up having a girl, don't be surprised if that happens to her as well.

Good luck and congratulations on your pregnancy!!

No i didn't discharge. And, whilst i understand u want to avoid disapointment, no one on here can tell u for sure therefore u are going to have to risk disapointment and test. Its the only way. Don't get your hopes up too much and u won't be disapointed just go with the "im probably not"attitude and hey, if u are then it will be a grest surprise.

yes you have discharge when you are pregnant but normally later in pregnancy .. you also have thicker discharge when you are getting ready to start your period, so only a pregnancy test will tell for sure.

Wait another week, if you're that late, you'll be almost positive that you're pregnant. That way you won't be so disappointed. Good luck!!
